7. Account Suspension & Closure

abe444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment details.
• Multiple account creation or suspected account sharing.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of any promotion in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Player request — you may request the closure of your own abe444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Effect of Account Closure

Platform Availability
